Research Manager – (Ref RMP0710)
We are seeking highly motivated PhD scientists (or equivalent experience) to join our protein engineering group as a Research Manager. The role will include project management, performing lab work, interfacing with clients and preparing reports. Candidates should have a track record of protein engineering (ideally with experience of working with antibodies) including: cloning, expression in mammalian cell lines and assay development. Previous industrial experience and a proven ability to deliver on time to challenging deadlines would be a significant advantage.

Research Manager / Senior Research Assistant– Immunogenicity Testing – (Ref EpS0710)
A Research Manager (PhD scientist or equivalent with 2 to 3 years experience) or Senior Research Assistant (BSc or MSc qualified with 2 to 3 years experience) is required to join our immunogenicity testing group. The group uses human ex vivo immunoassay platforms to profile T cell epitopes and responses to biological therapeutics. Experience in tissue culture is essential for a Senior Research Assistant, and experience with ex vivo cell culture or cell-based immunoassays would be an advantage. The Research Manager role involves project management and lab work, data analysis and preparing reports. Experience of lymphocyte biology or other immunology background, with previous industrial experience would be a desirable. Applicants should be able to work consistently to a high standard and operate efficiently as part of a busy team.

Business Development Position – (Ref BD0710)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join a dynamic BD team focusing on sales, marketing and partner relationships. The role will specifically involve working with multidisciplinary teams for the generation of marketing materials, commercial research proposals, the management of existing customers and developing further business with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The candidate will be qualified with a BSc, post-graduate degree (MSc) or equivalent, ideally in an immunology/molecular biology subject, and will be technically competent with a strong commercial acumen. This is a very exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to take on a high profile role with scope for rapid development in a rapidly growing company.
