NCEs

EpiScreen™ is used to test the capacity of new chemical entities (NCEs) to stimulate ex vivo CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses which are often associated with late onset allergic reactions. The direct and indirect influence of NCEs on T cells can be assessed using the EpiScreen™ assay, which will provide an assessment of the relative immunotoxicity of NCEs.
