Antitope Announces a Research Agreement with Medtronic, Inc. to Develop a Composite Human Antibody

23^th April 2007 - Antitope Ltd. today announced a research agreement with Medtronic Inc. for the generation of a novel biologic. As part of the agreement, Antitope will apply its proprietary Composite Human Antibody^TM technology to produce a therapeutic antibody with a reduced risk of immunogenicity.

This announcement follows separate announcements earlier this year of Antitope's research agreements with GlaxoSmithKline plc, ARIUS Research, Inc. and Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Inc.
